For Trisha, joining Prime Pageants was about more than the title; it was about aligning with her core values. “The self-care and community focus of Prime drew me to this pageant,” she explains. “Personal development and growth are key drivers in my life, which aligns well with Prime.”

Living in Northern California with her boyfriend and their cats, Trisha is no stranger to commitment and growth. In her professional life, she leads a team as Director, dedicating herself to excellence and the support of those around her. She also embraces her passion for fitness, having run her first marathon last year—a huge accomplishment she’s proud of.

Trisha’s love for travel has taken her to places like the Sundance Film Festival, New York, El Salvador, and Mexico this year alone. She believes in trying new things and experiencing life to its fullest, all while representing the West Coast and embodying the values of self-care and growth. “I love the extra accountability to represent the West Coast well by being my best self and continuously improving. Hopefully, I can be a positive influence to those around me!”

She also practices Reiki with a practitioner who visits her home, offering a dedicated time to meditate and center herself.
  • Physical Self-Care: A former dancer, Trisha has reignited her passion for dance, taking classes again. “It’s a highlight of my week,” she shares. Her favorite? A Pom class taught by an NFL cheerleader, which allows her to channel her energy and creativity.
  • Creating Supportive Environments: Believing in the impact our surroundings have on our well-being, Trisha keeps her home, office, and car free of clutter. “Everything has a place, and it makes me feel so much calmer to be in a cleared space,” she says.   • Intentional Living: From setting out her outfits on Sunday to planning quality time with loved ones, Trisha finds ways to create routines that streamline her life. “Autopiloting as many routines as possible has been so helpful for freeing up bandwidth for other decisions in my life.” She enjoys spending time with the people who uplift her, often disconnecting from phones to fully engage and connect.
