Director Kristen Ayers
Kristen started Prime Pageants in 2021. The Ms. and Mrs. National Pageant System focuses on developing personal growth, leadership opportunities and individualized competition for women by age division. It is a support and accountability system where women can come together to set goals and work on themselves in a safe environment.
You do not have to be perfect to be worthy. We all start somewhere. Let’s do something that scares us this year, serve ourselves as well as others and make allll the memories because it is your time.

Kristen’s pageant pioneer presence in the industry has led to multiple nominations and awards in less than 3 years, including Top 10 Pageantry Planet National Pageant Director and a 2024 Global Beauty Awards Rookie Director nomination. Members of her pageant organization have also won numerous accolades and awards (see below) as a result of her leadership and the Prime program.
